Whiteboxing
This is a term used by landlords. It refers to the process of returning an office space back to its original form, before you – the tenant – occupied & renovated it.
You should carefully check your lease agreement as it is a common condition that it would be your responsibility as the tenant to “whitebox” the space before vacating the premises.
