We needed an extension to our existing office space especially with Covid-19 space requirements requiring employees to be further apart. This entailed creating an additional room off our existing building with as little mess and interruption to operations as possible. It also needed to blend into the rest of the building so it didn’t look/feel like an addition.
We gave Dezcon the work and they organised it end to end. They organised the Architect to draw the plans, they organised the delivery of the raw materials, they saw to the contruction and the finishing off of the end product. The great part about it is they phased it in such a way that there was minimal disruption to the existing work environment. Only towards the end when the actual addition was ready was the adjoining infrastructure taken down to flow seamlessly into the new space.
We enjoyed working with Dezcon they delivered a quality product within budget and we would definitely use them again should we require additions or renovations in the future.
